Rebecca: Master Giveaway-er and Multitasking Extraordinaire: I’m re-reading THE SECRET HISTORY by Donna Tartt (and wondering how many times Tana French read it before she wrote THE LIKENESS), starting THE LONGEST WAY HOME by former Brat Pack star Andrew McCarthy, and trying to decide if it’s too early to dive into the galley of Karen Russell’s new short story collection (it’s not out until early 2013).

 

Amanda: Seller of Promotional This, Thats, and The Other Things: I’m finishing up BIRD BY BIRD by Anne Lamott (which seems less about writing and more about her, which is fine, but HEY-HO FALSE ADVERTISING). I’ve also started THE MONK by M.G. Lewis, and I’ll be starting GONE GIRL this weekend.

Veronica: The Interweb Do-dad Specialist: I’m finishing up another of Donna Leon’s mysteries, and I am starting Patricia A. McKillip’s Riddle-Master trilogy. Luis Urea recommended it a long time ago, and I happened to find the complete trilogy all in one volume while scouting the Salvation Army.

Brittney: Our social media intern: Finished Harry Potter and now on to SHINE SHINE SHINE on Amanda’s (and the world’s) recommendation.
